Dismas Omondi

Dismas is an accomplished and results-oriented HR executive with solid history of success and rich background in HR Management, General Administration, Business Operations, and People Management.
He is a certified Human Resource practitioner fully licensed member of the Institute of Human Resource Management. I also possess an MBA and a Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management. Am a trained AoEC Executive Coach and an Accredited Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team Facilitator.
His career spans over twenty-five (25) years; sixteen (16) of which have been in management position thus demonstrating my outstanding professional and leadership skills as well as my reputation for being organised and dependable. Further, his record of leadership in the human resource management has resulted in measurable benefit for companies in Aviation, Banking and Hospitality industries.
Dismas has a track record of success directing the organizational change, talent acquisitions, and executive teams aligned to deliver business and HR objectives. He is well-versed in HR management, general administration, business operations, and people management. Dismas has streamlined HR affairs, including human capital strategies, talent management process, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, individual development plans, and HR policies development. He possess ability to motivate executive business partners, groups, and teams with with an aim to achieve outstanding results.


Dennis is a High Potential Operations Director with vast experience across Africa with a number of International Development Organizations.
Dennis is one of the pioneer members of the then Institute of Personnel Management since 1994 and is a full member of the Institute of Human Resources Management of Kenya. Dennis is a coach and mentor having done over the years in functional responsibilities. Dennis has undergone Red Cross Delegate Training in Ferney Voltaire France, and Managing & Leading People in Geneva Switzerland by IFRC.
Dennis has also undergone Discovering Leadership Effectiveness by Raiser Resource Group, and Effective Groups and Leaders by OCIC International, besides being trained in use of Psychometrics in recruitment, and has undergone Team Management Profiling by Morrison – McCann TMS
Dennis is currently finalizing on his Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administration and International Relations from the University of Nairobi, besides holding a Certificate in Management from National Examinations Board of the United Kingdom undertaken at Strathmore University
Among the senior positions Dennis has held was with International Federation Of the Red Cross as Regional Head of Support Services (Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, Administration and Logistics) covering Eastern Africa, Horn of Africa and Indian Ocean Islands and Regional Head of HR and Organizational Development, Action Aid International Africa Regional Office covering 25 countries within sub Saharan Africa, and lastly as Director Corporate Services then Director People and Development at Marie Stopes International in Kenya. Dennis has a rare combination of hands on experience and training not to mention Strategic oversight in both Human Resources and Support Services Management, with proven track record of introducing cost effective and efficient management systems through enhanced in-depth analysis, strategic decision making and change management as he did at Kenya Airports Authority where Dennis recommended outsourcing of cleaning services way back in 1996. Dennis’ experience goes beyond the Kenyan borders and he is widely traveled within Africa and beyond in the course of his tour of duty.


Jared is a performance and results driven human resources management professional with over twenty years of cross-functional experience in Human Resource Management, Leadership and Administration gained from multi-sector organizations.
He is an accomplished facilitator, trainer and possesses high level of administrative flexibility and versatility. The exposure and practice at top level Human Resource (HR) Management profiles him into a strategic leader, business partner, change agent, employee champion and an administrative expert.
Currently he is serving as the Managing Partner at Bellaton Consulting Group (BCG) overseeing business strategies, leadership, management development and other training programs. He has also served as the deputy chair at the Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB) as well a committee member in various Schools, Churches and NGOs.
His greatest strength reflects in his ability to blend HR best practices, strategies, systems, policies and structures to build distinctive capabilities and establish competitive edge that guarantee results.
Mr. Raburu has worked in various organizations in HR and Administration functions including Kenya Posts & Telecommunications Corporation, Ryce Group of Companies, Kenya Airways Group, National Bank of Kenya, USIU-Africa as Director Human Resources and later served at the university as the Director in charge of Administration.
Jared enjoys travelling, sharing ideas in forums, farming and engaging with both the young and older people on various activities and emerging issues impacting communities.
